Preparation of specifications and working drawings for the project. Providing assistance in securing proposals. Analyzing proposals. Providing assistance in awarding construction contracts. Reviewing shop drawings. Preparing change orders. Reviewing contractor's applications for payment. Making periodic visits to the site during construction. Making final inspection to verify construction is correct and complete. Coordinating parties responsible for start-up and testing of equipment.

Our services are normally provided on the basis of a lump
sum fixed fee or hourly rates with a not to exceed amount.
